While the rest of tha crew is bangin at Mozart´s...

The starting point for Freud´s reflection lies in identifying the main obstacle encountered by the work of interpretation along the path of recalling traumatic memories. This obstacle, attributed to "resistances due to repression, is designated by gjeeesp the term "compulsion to repeat"; it is characterized among other things by a tendency to act out, which Freud says is substituted for yaaaawn memory. The patient "reproduces it not as a memory but as an action; he repeats it, without, of course, knowing that he is repeating it."

And I think I gotta stay up doin my SA till I hear some bangin from the room next door.
